Crochet Pony from AJ Quilts
My friend celebrated her daughters first birthday today. This is the gift that I presented the little diva. Several months ago her mom asked me to crochet her a little toy and after looking at many different patterns we settled on this one and she wanted it in purple.
This friend and I have a mutually beneficial relationship when it comes to crafting. You see, she knits and I crochet, so we swap favors instead of learning the other skill for ourselves. -

Red White and Blue-Part 4 from AJ Quilts
This will be the final posting for my red white and blue theme. My intention was to just keep designing them until my sister found one she really liked for her little boy. She told me yesterday which one she wanted, but I wanted to go ahead and post my last two designs anyway.
I'll post her choice tomorrow and hopefully get on over to the fabric store to go ahead and get it started. -

There wasn't enough of each to make a skirt with just one fabric so I decided to do four different panels. I am thrilled with it so far and just love all the different looks you can get out of just one skirt.
As you can see it is still a work in progress as I still have to hem it and attach the waistband.
Which "look" is your favorite? Mine ... -
I dropped the ball... from AJ Quilts
By that I mean to say that I lost the creative streak I was on a few weeks back. However, I am ready to go again. This new creative energy is directly inspired by my middle daughters upcoming birthday. (She was the little helper in the previous post and is turning 4)
I still have to finished my previous two quilts...This one only needs a binding...though none of the fabric in my stash suits me. Therefore it has been set aside until I can buy the right fabric, I was thinking red. The quilting design was inspired by ...
