It's a BIG boy! from all washed up
Baby Cooper arrived around noon on Jan 20th by induction. 10#'s, over 22 inches long and doing great. I was really nervous to go in for induction since the first one took 2 days of induction and barely made his arrival by the end of the second day. This one was completly different. The rest of the day I kept saying to Kylar "I can't believe it's already over!" good thing I didn't know how large he was, I would have been asking for C section!
Had his pictures taken yesterday morning and will post a ... -
A boy... and a girl from all washed up
So we got the news, we are having another baby boy (Hershey's with nuts)expected to arrive sometime around January 14th. Cade will be 2 January 31st. Still looking for the right name.
Oh wait, before anyone thinks we are having twins, the girl part is our new miniature mule, Tinkerbell, oh so cute, but finding out she definitely has a attitude bigger than her physical self!!
click on this link to see a little video of her, she is only 3 feet tall!!

"grass broke" and slides from all washed up
Baby Cade has not enjoyed being on grass. Wouldn't walk on it, wouldn't sit on it, wouldn't touch it. Finally..... progress. His face still looks a little unsure, but this is a huge step. Before he would crumple up in a ball and cry!Look here, he might even be enjoying it! Looks like we can put the Easter eggs in the grass after all!

I'm loving Spring!!! from all washed up
Everyone is ready for Spring, right? I keep hounding the local nurseries to see if they have my favorite flowers in yet. I was out till dark last night and tonight I was out after dark with my headlight attached to my baseball hat taking advantage of the time when Cade is sleeping. I got the flowers below planted, I still have 8 wine barrels, 40 wave petunias, and 20 Astilbe's to go!!!Today, I got a little package in the mail from our Veterinarian. It's a little stone in memory of my special friend (Fattie, my kittie ...

How 'bout a little giveaway? from all washed up
Have any of you ever heard of Moda? Hee Hee Hee!!! Of course, who hasn't?
Well, we have designed a cute little pattern called Petits Fours that you can get for free over at the Moda Bake Shop.
So here is our cute little tablerunner that we designed using just 1 charm pack!! How fun is that? This is the picture that I took out in the frost in my flip flops, cold toes.
(I tried feeding my horses last night in flip flops too. Slipped and fell right in the messy, smelly mud. I mean FULL fall in ... -

Brrrrr... from all washed up
I ran outside this morning to get a picture of a cute little table runner, and this is what I found...these pictures are of our chicken coop. Isn't ice pretty!! My toes were pretty numb and stiff by the time I came back inside. Maybe I'll learn to wear something besides flip flops, probably not!!
I did get a nice picture of our tablerunner on the icy picnic table. I'll have a picture of it in a few days, along with a free pattern for it and a chance to win a kit to make your ... -
Retreat or Sweatshop? from all washed up
My husband always says if he had a sweatshop, I'd be his best employee!!
He doesn't understand that he would have a bunch of crazy women expecting lots of eating, laughing, talking and show and tell!!
This picture was definitely a rare moment of calm!!
We had 2 quilt options at the retreat.
Robin was the first one finished with Jelly Girl (we all had our money on Vicki!).
Nifty Nine Patch was the other option and you can see Cyndee got a good start with the first 2 rows of hers.
We also offered this really cute ... -

Coming Soon from all washed up
We've considered making that our new business name. That's usually where our pattern's are and it is where our website has been for quite awhile. Story of our life. I guess All Washed Up pretty much fits us, too. Guess we'll stick with it, or our name change would be under the Coming Soon category too!!
So while our website is under construction, I think I have this figured out well enough to post some pictures of our current patterns that have made it out of the "coming soon" category!!
