The video instructions for how to make the block are great. Here is my first block inprogress.
I've done mitered corners before, and these aren't perfect, but it is nice to challenge myself. Only 31 left to go!
When I heard Mary (@mary_thecuriousquilter) was hosting a charm square swap I jumped in with both feet and my considerable collection of 2.5" squares of fabric. I've had some really good luck and some really bad luck with swaps in the past. I went into this one with high hopes and I was not disappointed.

Good morning quilty friends!! Today, I have a quick and easy tutorial for you. It is for all of those stamp collectors out there. I know I have a few of them in my life and that triggers my desire to buy the stamps that are designed. You know instead of that printed post office stamp label. Give me the dogs, the love stamp, railroads, even Looney Tunes . . . All the stamps. Wacky or somber… I actually miss the ones that you fold over and rip apart.
