Photography – Published in The Sunlight Press from Kim Hanson Quilts

Good day friends. It’s so wonderful that you’re here with me today. I really appreciate it.

Earlier this week, two photos of mine were published by The Sunlight Press. Two lovely ladies run the literary online press – Rudri and Beth. They’ve been very kind to me over the past few years, publishing some of my photographs. One of my goals is to have an essay published by them over the next 12 months.

Waiting a Very Long Time – Part 2 from Kim Hanson Quilts

 

I had a fictional story published in Cricket magazine called The Trapped and Tangled Loon. It was based on a true story and the backdrop was Police Outpost Lake in Waterton Lakes National Park. I have to say that I was pretty excited. . . maybe thrilled is a better word.

In between, I had two photos published in the Sunlight Press.

The Birth Place Forest of Silver Springs from Kim Hanson Quilts

Good day everyone. I wrote this piece for Woods Reader, a beautiful, inspiring publication based in Spring Lake, Minnesota. It can be found in their Winter 2020/2021 issue.

Secret Sewing – Staycation from Dimple Stitch

Hi ladies and gents,

Somehow another month has passed us by and the newest issue of Love Patchwork & Quilting has already hit the shelves.  It’s always super exciting seeing your work in print, but this month is extra special for me because my quilt is on the cover *insert shocked emoji here* !
