Today, I have a little bit of everything to share with you.
Let's go biggest to smallest quilt.

Even though I am not even close to sewing together all the Happy Blocks into quilts, I think I am ready to write up a summary. I have organized all the blocks into stacks so I am going to guestimate how many quilts I will be making.
We will still keep track as I finish them to see how close I come.
It was a really busy week for Compassion Quilts. Log Cabin blocks are starting to arrive and I have started to plan some fun layouts to sew up. I received some quilts back from a local quilter who helped me out with some longarm quilting. And I also got back some quilts that had their bindings sewn on. Things are always hustling around here!
No quilt holder today - So I had to quickly snap these photos on the lawn because it was raining.
I knew I received a HUGE number of Happy Blocks but I was shocked when I added them up today.
I will still write up a round-up post but there were over 3K blocks donated! No wonder there are still so many stacks of blocks on every surface in my house.
The fall season has long since passed but I still have a fall themed happy quilt to share.
I am still busy pumping out more Happy Block quilts.
I am still matching up the blocks to pieces of flannel or fleece that have been gifted.
It is finally Friday and that means it is time to share more Happy Quilt finishes!
Happy Friday! I hope you guys aren't tired of seeing all these Happy Quilt finishes. Three are a lot more blocks stacked around my house, so I am not stopping with these any time soon.
Happy Quilt #33 is this cute and colorful caterpillar quilt. Someone had sent the 16 Hungry Caterpillar blocks in red. I also received the cute caterpillar blocks in yellow to give me enough to make a quilt. I have been hoarding that rainbow sashing for years.
This quilt measures 39" x 48".
Nann had sent me the orange print on the back and binding ...

I just have one Happy Quilt to share with you today...
I have a few more Compassion Quilt finishes to share today.
Yep! I am ready to share six finished Happy Block quilts.
First up are some quilts others made using the Happy Blocks they completed.
The first one is this fun little quilt made by Debra. She made all of her blocks with the same plane fabric set in some coordinating solids and then framed them up in black. I love how she added in bright colors in her border and made mini happy blocks for the corners.
A scrappy back with some fun plane fabric. Such a cute little quilt.
This one measures about 40" x 48".
I think quilt ...

There is a local agency called Bags of Love. I have mentioned them before because they are one of the places I donate kids' quilts. BOL makes and fills age appropriate bags for kids in crisis. These bags can include pajamas, underwear, toys, hygiene items, school supplies, etc. and each bag contains a quilt or warm blanket.
Because I donate to them, I get their newsletter. I was reading that they project to be 900 quilts short by the end of the year (yes, they give out that many bags!). Thanks to ...

I have three more Happy Block finishes to share with you today. Hard to believe we are already surpassing 20 Happy Quilt finishes.
Happy Blocks are still arriving in a pretty steady flow. Whenever I have a few minutes to sew, I turn them into quilt tops. But I am so appreciative when I open a package and the blocks are already sewn into a quilt top. Plus, I enjoy seeing the new ways these blocks can be laid out. Here are a few that have arrived and are now ready to donate.
Happy Friday!
I have been a busy girl this week finishing up a big sack of Compassion Quilts. I have THREE Happy Quilts to share.
This first one is another one made from butterfly, moth and dragonfly blocks. I also had an orphan block with a butterfly, so I added it right to the center of the quilt. I like to find a home for all the bits that I save. Plus, it gives this quilt a unique layout.
On the back is a pretty fabric that has lovely birds and butterflies. I made this quilt top the same day ...

The two quilts I am sharing today were inspired by some cool blocks I received. In both cases, I was sent a number of blocks from the same fabric line so I wanted to create a quilt using those blocks.
I am still working away on the Compassion quilts made from the Happy blocks donated by many of you. Today I have three to share!
This one is quilt number 9. I made this one for an adult or a teen. It really doesn't have a theme. The blocks are just colorful, and few blocks are made with novelty fabric.
Both of today's quilts are pretty much brought to you by Holly. She sewed the tops and she pieced up the backings. All I had to do was quilt them up!
I love the on-point layout that Holly used for her Happy Blocks.
She even used an orphan block on the back of this one. How fun is that!
Quilt number seven measures 47 x 47".
Quilt number 8 is also on point. On this quilt, she used some orphan blocks right on the front. I think it gives the quilt a ton of charm.
(By the way, Beth ...
