Doll quilt from Fabric Engineer

I recently finished a doll quilt for my mother-in-law.  It wasn't too fancy, but I had the perfect binding color to bring it all together.  It was also a perfect project to make sure my sewing machine was working well, as I had just gotten it tuned up.

The baby quilt that it goes with is this one:

Baby Bear Claw from Fabric Engineer

I finished up a quilt for my mother-in-law!

I used a white double-loop in the white sections.  I did a matching color meandering star in the other parts.

Star quilt from Fabric Engineer

My mother-in-law "needed" a quick turn around on this quilt.  She had made a girl's quilt, not knowing the gender, and then the baby ended up being a boy.

I put loops in the grey and random triangles in the colored section.  Nothing too special, but with different colors and different quilting motifs it comes out special.
