My subdivision won't allow us to have chickens, so unfortunately I can't provide three French hens for today's hop! (But since it's Sunday, maybe I'll go get some fried chicken for lunch... yum!) I have so many green scraps and I've always wanted to make a

blocks quilt, so this was the perfect chance.

I cut 5 1/2" equilateral triangles out of green fabrics (light, medium, and dark shades)

to design my blocks.
