Hand2Help Quilt Finish from Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework

Happy May Day!
When I was a young girl I used to always love making paper baskets and filling them with flowers to leave on neighbors' doors.

I should think about starting that tradition up again one of these years!



But today I am sharing the first of two Hands2Help donation quilts.
I made it using one of my Scrap-A-Palooza quilt techniques - it is made from leftover 2.5" binding strips.  I focused on oranges, red, and pinks paired with blues and purples.

Oh Scrap! : Fumbling Around from Quilting Is More Fun Than Housework

Most of my time lately has been spent quilting client quilts (because everyone is sewing right now) and making face masks (because my family needs them).  This is not giving me a lot of time to let my personal creativity flow.  So I am finding myself in a real funk lately.
